Reading or seeing an artwork has an impact on me, but music is what really has direct access to my heart. In my free time I enjoy making music myself: 斑馬幹嘛 (banma ganma)? What’s up Zebra?

At my place I have a drumset, piano and bass. While there are many fantastic musicians who impress me with their skill and creativity, the two drummers that inspire me most are probably Camille Bigeault and Arthur Hnatek. At the piano it is Hiromi Uehara and Tigran Hamasyan. For bass I do not have enough experience and just take whatever comes across my way 😉
