When I have a kitchen, I also like to cook and bake. Since for my work I often sleep in hotels and because I also tend to rent out small apartments without kitchen, I’m afraid that I will gradually lose my cooking abilities, but then again, as long as I’m in Asia there is tasty food around each corner.
When I do cook, my ideas are also heavily influenced by my love for all different kinds of Asian cuisines.
